In the past week, a total of 136 commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $4.51 million. The average price per square foot was $770.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 3 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $163.77 million, nightclub at 1234 Benjamin Franklin Drive
A 73,810-square-foot nightclub or cocktail lounge at 1234 Benjamin Franklin Drive in Sarasota has been sold.
The total purchase price was $163,765,000, $2,219 per square foot. The house was built in 2003. Ashford Sarasota LP sold the nightclub or cocktail lounge to 1776 Sarasota Associates LLC. The transaction was completed on July 23.
2. $60 million, apartment building at 5114 Spanish Harbor Drive
A 443,536-square-foot residential complex with more than five units at 5114 Spanish Harbor Drive in Wildwood have been sold.
The total purchase price was $60,000,000, $135 per square foot. The units were built in 2023. Sundance GCT LLC and Sundance KT LLC acquired the residential complex with more than five units. The deal was closed on July 9.
3. $51 million, property at 1000 Southwest 62nd Boulevard
The property at 1000 Southwest 62nd Boulevard in Gainesville have new owners.
The price was $51,000,000. The units were built in 1994 and have a living area of 344,593 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $148. The property features 125 bedrooms and 244 bathrooms altogether in the different units. Forest View At Gainesville LLC transferred ownership of the property to Bedford Forest View LLC. The deal was finalized on July 17.

The price was $40,700,000. The units were built in 2009 and have a living area of 216,468 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $188. SF IVY LLC bought the residential complex with more than five units from Colliers Crossing LLC. The deal was finalized on July 24.

A sale has been finalized for the property at 3205 Northwest 83rd Street in Gainesville.
The price was $40,700,000. The units were built in 2000 and the living area totals 242,053 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $168. The property features 56 bedrooms and 56 bathrooms altogether in the different units. Collier Santa FE Owner LLC sold the property to SF IVY LLC. The transaction was completed on July 24.

The total purchase price was $10,100,000, $110 per square foot. The home was built in 1987. GH2 NSB BB LLC transferred ownership of the regional shopping mall with anchor tenants to NSB Retail LLC. The deal was closed on July 13.
