A 5.3 magnitude quake struck near Pagar Alam on Sunday night, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

At 15:15 UTC (22:15 local time), a tremor shook the region at a depth of 35 km, with its epicenter approximately 197 km south-southwest of Pagar Alam.
