The advisory had been issued for Gilpin County.

“The Flood Advisory will expire at 4 p.m. this afternoon for a portion of central Colorado, including the following area, Gilpin. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Isolated showers will continue through the evening. Please continue to heed any remaining closures,” according to the National Weather Service.
