“Temperatures continue to cool across southeast Colorado, allowing for the heat advisory to expire at 9 pm,” states the National Weather Service.

• Northern El Paso County/Monument Ridge/Rampart Range below 7,500 ft

• Colorado Springs Vicinity/Southern El Paso County/Rampart Range below 7,400 ft

• La Junta Vicinity/Otero County

• Western Kiowa County

• Eastern Kiowa County

• Las Animas Vicinity/Bent County
