At 8:56 p.m. on Saturday, the National Weather Service released an updated heat advisory valid for Sunday between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. for Western Kiowa County and Eastern Kiowa County.
The NWS informs, “Temperatures of 100 to 105 degrees expected.”
“Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses,” adds the NWS.
