The watch was active for Leadville Vicinity/Lake County below 11,000 ft, Eastern Sawatch Mountains above 11,000 ft and Western Chaffee County between 9,000 and 11,000 ft.

“The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of central Colorado, including the following areas, Eastern Sawatch Mountains Above 11000 Feet, Lake County Below 11000 Feet, and Western Chaffee County Between 9000 and 11000 Feet. The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 10 p.m. this evening,” states the National Weather Service.
