Earthquake measuring 5.2 jolts area close to Sarangani, Philippines on June 29

SARANGANI, SOCCSKSARGEN — A 5.2 magnitude quake hit near Sarangani on Monday around midday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The tremor, which struck the region at 04:23 UTC (12:23 local time), was centered roughly 107 km south-southwest of Sarangani. It occurred at a depth of 10 km.
