This commercial condo is part of the Embarcadero Condo development.

Other two nearby non-office use commercial condominiums in Newport changed hands recently:

· At 1000 Southeast Bay Boulevard, Unit E-3, in May, a 650-square-foot property was sold for $125,000, a price per square foot of $192.

· A property at 1000 Southeast Bay Boulevard, Unit A-3, sold in May, for $189,500, a price per square foot of $192.
