Update: June 13 – 5.1 magnitude earthquake reported close to Bitung, Indonesia

A 5.1 magnitude quake shook close to Bitung on Saturday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor, which jolted the area at 12:05 UTC (21:05 local time), was centered roughly 120 km east-southeast of Bitung. It occurred at a depth of 35 km.
