A 5.0 magnitude quake jolted close to Sarangani on Tuesday morning, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

A tremor hit the area at 23:14 UTC (07:14 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was about 3 km south-southeast of Sarangani and occurred at a depth of 64 km.
