Update: May 28 – 5.3 magnitude earthquake reported close to Revilla Gigedo Islands region

A 5.3 magnitude quake shook near Revilla Gigedo Islands region on Thursday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The USGS reported a tremor in the region at 16:18 UTC (09:18 local time). The epicenter was of Revilla Gigedo Islands region, at a depth of 10 km.
