A property that sold for $6.3 million tops the list of the most expensive commercial real estate sales in Denver over the past week.

During the past week, a total of five commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $2.03 million. The average price per square foot was $290.

The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of May 18 even if the property sold earlier.

1. $6.3 million, office building at 1499 West 120th Avenue

The sale of the office property at 1499 West 120th Avenue in Denver has been finalized.

The price was $6,300,000. The home was built in 2001 and has a living area of 38,800 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $162. Cloverleaf II LLC and Aadt Land Holdings LIC acquired the office property. The deal was finalized on May 11.

2. $1.63 million, office building at 1721 North High Street

A 8,964-square-foot office property at 1721 North High Street in Denver has been sold.

The total purchase price was $1,625,000, $181 per square foot. The house was built in 1995. KBA Group Denver LLC took over the office property from Tamara Murphy Photography LLC. The transaction was completed on May 13.
