During the past week, a total of seven commercial property sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $1.51 million. The average price per square foot was $281.
The prices in the list below include commercial real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of May 4 even if the property sold earlier.
1. $4 million, commercial property at 1805 Garner Road
A sale has been finalized for the general commercial property at 1805 Garner Road in Raleigh.
The price was $4 million. The house was built in 1968 and the living area totals 10,930 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $366. OLN Properties LLC transferred ownership of the general commercial property to Eagle Healthcare Services Inc. The deal was closed on April 21.
