The office building located at 2072 Constitution Boulevard in Sarasota has a new owner since March 18.

The 3,070-square-foot commercial property was sold for $900,000, or $293 per square foot. Built in 1976 and updated in 1990, the single-story building stands on a 9,988-square-foot lot and includes parking for nine vehicles.

Gregory Huntley and Jingping Liu took over the property from Joseph M. Angeleri and Angeleri Deborah E TR.

This office building is located within the Phillippi Gardens subdivision.
