The commercial property at 1776 Polk Street, Apt. 1105 in Hollywood was sold on March 18 for $452,700, or $674 per square foot. The building was built in 2018 and updated in 2025.

The property was taken over by Karpuz LLC.

This mixed-use building is part of the Circ Residences Condo development.
