A 1,056-square-foot non-office use commercial condominium has changed hands.

The commercial property at 7383 Universal Boulevard, Unit 512 in Orlando was sold on March 19 for $293,000, or $277 per square foot. The building, completed in 2008, stands on a 9,150-square-foot lot.

Roberto Harary Vitor and Ana Thereza Bleier Ottolenghi sold the property to Zuluber LLC.

This commercial condo is part of the Point Orlando Resort Condo development.

Other two nearby non-office use commercial condominiums in Orlando changed hands recently:

· In February, a property at 7601 Canada Avenue, Unit 309 sold for $170,000, a price per square foot of $314.

· At 7601 Canada Avenue, Unit 305, in June 2025, a 542-square-foot property was sold for $160,000, a price per square foot of $295.
