The commercial property at 218 Dixie Drive in Haines City was sold on March 17 for $150,000, or $167 per square foot. Built in 2007, the single-story building sits on a 453-square-foot lot.

The property was bought by Rodrigo Barranqueiro Egea.

This office building is part of the Haines City Office Plaza A Condominium development.
