The commercial property at 3131 Us Highway 441/27, Unit 27 in Fruitland Park was sold on March 11 for $450,000, or $208 per square foot. Built in 1969, the building stands on a 1.1-acre lot.

Fruitland Park Investments LLC transferred ownership of the property to Sunset Land Investments LLC.

This commercial land is part of an undeveloped acreage subdivision.

Other two nearby commercial properties in Fruitland Park changed hands recently:

· A property at 3131 Us Highway 441/27, Unit 27, sold in March, for $450,000, a price per square foot of $51.
