The commercial property at 12748 University Drive in Fort Myers was sold on March 12 for $2.3 million, or $229 per square foot. The single-story building, completed in 2000, sits on a 1.3-acre lot and provides.

CM CRE Office III LLLP acquired the property from CDW 12748 University Drive LLC.

This office tower is part of the Summerlin Rd Corridor subdivision.
