The commercial property at 233 South Federal Highway, Suite 105 in Boca Raton was sold on March 2 for $1.68 million, or $778 per square foot. The building, completed in 2003, stands on a 1-acre lot.

ELG Holdings LLC sold the property to Dr Investment Properties Unit 105 L.

This mixed-use building is part of the Boca Grand Condominium subdivision.
