The 1,829-square-foot commercial property was sold for $967,800, or $529 per square foot. Completed in 2007, the single-story building stands on a 1,830-square-foot lot.

The property was obtained by TKP Investments LLC.

This commercial condo is part of the Sawgrass Business Center Condo development.
