On Thursday at 12:02 p.m. an updated red flag warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 8 p.m. for Little Snake and White River.

Winds are expected to be northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph and relative humidity 12 to 17%.

“Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise extreme caution with any outdoor burning,” states the NWS.
