Among the 11 detached houses changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The properties listed below encompass detached houses, all of which had their deeds filed with the Land Registry during the month of January, irrespective of whether they were sold prior to this period.

Listed at £270,000, this detached house at Hopcroft Close in the M9 postcode area settled at £268,500 after five months and 11 days on the market, reflecting a 1% price reduction.
