Among the 75 semi-detached houses changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The properties outlined in the list below consist of the same type of property: semi-detached houses. Their deeds were formally recorded with the Land Registry during the month of November, even if the transactions were prior to this month.

10. £12,000 (6%) below asking – Nuthurst Road, Moston

The sale of the house at Nuthurst Road in the M40 postcode area was finalised on September 18. It was originally listed for £190,000 and was sold for £178,000 after it had been on the market for 15 days, displaying a 6% price reduction. The home has a living area of 904 sqft and the price per sqft settled at £197. The property offers three bedrooms and one bathroom and the energy efficiency of the property is rated C.
