The advisory was for Northern Sangre de Cristo Mountains above 11,000 ft, Southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains above 11,000 ft and Pikes Peak above 11,000 ft.

“Snow showers over the higher elevations of the mountains will end early this morning,” according to the National Weather Service.
