Among the 85 semi-detached houses changing hands, a select few stood out for their significant price differences, offering buyers advantageous deals in the market. Here’s an exclusive look at the top 10 homes that fetched prices notably lower than their initial asking rates.

The properties listed below encompass semi-detached houses, all of which had their deeds filed with the Land Registry during the month of October, irrespective of whether they were sold prior to this period.

10. £10,000 (2%) below asking – Kingsway, Rusholme
