Other homes that have recently changed hands close by include:

· A 1,603-square-foot condominium at 190 Half Moon Bay Court, Romeoville, sold in May, for $315,000, a price per square foot of $197.

· In July, a 1,331-square-foot single-family residence at 210 Savannah Drive, Romeoville, sold for $265,000, a price per square foot of $199.

· At 254 Bodega Drive, Romeoville, in March, a 2,243-square-foot single-family house was sold for $387,500, a price per square foot of $173.
