· In June, a 3,096-square-foot home at 407 Post Oak Circuit #3, sold for $623,500, a price per square foot of $201.

· At 298 Woodside Drive #3, in April, a 2,490-square-foot home was sold for $510,000, a price per square foot of $205. The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
