The property at 2124 Tremont Lane in Joliet was sold on Sept. 25, for $290,000, or $196 per square foot. The property occupies a lot of 4,792 square feet.

Other homes that have recently changed hands close by include:

· A 1,600-square-foot home at 2150 Pembridge Lane, sold in April, for $289,500, a price per square foot of $181. The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

· At 8204 Woodview Avenue, in May, a 1,479-square-foot home was sold for $287,000, a price per square foot of $194.

· In April, a 1,748-square-foot home at 2022 Pembridge Lane, sold for $340,000, a price per square foot of $195. The home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
