Other homes that have recently changed hands close by include:

· A 2,880-square-foot home at 306 Mills Road, sold in June, for $160,000, a price per square foot of $56.

· At 1501 Sugar Creek Drive, in January, a 2,840-square-foot home was sold for $399,900, a price per square foot of $141.

· In March, a 2,233-square-foot home at 1408 Newton Avenue, sold for $265,000, a price per square foot of $119. The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
