The property at 12723 Hawks Bill Lane in Plainfield was sold on Sept. 22, for $765,000, or $230 per square foot. The property occupies a lot of 12,197 square feet.

Other homes that have recently been purchased close by include:

· In January, a 3,053-square-foot home at 12813 Skyline Drive, sold for $661,000, a price per square foot of $217. The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

· At 25818 Meadowland Circuit, in June, a 2,966-square-foot home was sold for $560,000, a price per square foot of $189.

· A 3,782-square-foot home at 25711 Meadowland Circuit, sold in January, for $660,000, a price per square foot of $175.
