The spacious property at 355 Twilight Drive in Morris was sold on Sept. 2, for $350,000, or $172 per square foot. The property’s lot measures 0.48 acres.

Other homes that have recently been purchased close by include:

· In July, a 2,115-square-foot home at 804 Thomas Drive, sold for $387,000, a price per square foot of $183.

· At 1802 Charles Street, in May, a 1,749-square-foot home was sold for $301,000, a price per square foot of $172.

· A 3,120-square-foot home at 1810 Jana Lane, sold in August, for $360,000, a price per square foot of $115.
