Other homes have recently been sold nearby:

· In April, a 2,204-square-foot home at 628 Brita Court, sold for $355,000, a price per square foot of $161.

· At 1120 Redwood Lane, in July, a 3,131-square-foot home was sold for $440,000, a price per square foot of $141.

· A 1,665-square-foot home at 813 Grant Drive, sold in April, for $320,000, a price per square foot of $192.
