Topping the list of the most cost-effective three-bedroom houses recently sold in Manchester is a property at Bradgate Close, sold for £195,000.

In total, three flat sales were registered in the area in July, with an average price of £279,333. The average cost per square foot amounted to £282.

The properties listed below encompass terraced houses, semi-detached houses, and detached houses, all of which had their deeds filed with the Land Registry during the month of July, irrespective of whether they were sold prior to this period.
