This single-family house, featuring three bedrooms and one bath, underwent a change of ownership in July. At 38W277 Monterey Drive, the home spans 1,524 square feet and was sold for $500,000, or $328 per square foot. The property sits on a lot measuring 1.0 acre, and it was built in 1975.
