5.2 magnitude earthquake hits close to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Russia on July 20

A 5.2 magnitude quake was recorded close to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Sunday night, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

It was reported that a tremor shook the region at 10:03 UTC (21:03 local time). The epicenter was located roughly 138 km east of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, at a depth of 10 km.
