According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 5.4 magnitude quake struck near East Pacific Rise Saturday morning.

A tremor jolted the region at 15:28 UTC (08:28 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was situated northern of East Pacific Rise and occurred at a depth of 10 km.
