A 7.3 magnitude quake was reported near 2025 Sand Point Wednesday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor shook at 8:37 p.m. (9:37 a.m. local time), with its epicenter situated near 2025 Sand Point and a depth of 12 miles.
