Update: Earthquake shakes region near Willows, CA on July 6 – 2.6 magnitude reported

GLENN COUNTY, CA — A 2.6 magnitude quake was detected near Willows Sunday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor rattled the area at 10:15 p.m. It occurred at a depth of 16 miles with the epicenter situated about 10 miles east-southeast of Willows.
