SAN BENITO COUNTY, CA — A 3.5 magnitude quake was registered close to Pinnacles Saturday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The tremor rattled at 1:31 a.m., with its epicenter located approximately 4 miles east of Pinnacles and a depth of 7 miles.

You can let the USGS know if you noticed the earthquake by filling out their Felt Report form. 21 people have submitted responses through the agency’s online form, reporting they experienced the quake. According to the USGS DYFI report, weak shaking was recorded and people in several cities—including Carmel, Seaside and Soledad—reported feeling the tremor.

Over the last week, a magnitude 2.5 quake was reported in the region, occurring near Pinnacles seven days earlier.
