The 12,588-square-foot commercial property was sold for $900,000, or $71 per square foot. Built in 1978, the two-story building sits on a 0.6-acre lot.

Royal Crown Properties CORP transferred ownership of the property to Wesley Rooks Strump and Katie Elizabeth Wycoff.

This office tower is part of the Egan Plat commercial subdivision.
