A 5.2 magnitude quake occurred near Lumatil on Monday night, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
A tremor jolted the area at 14:53 UTC (22:53 local time). The earthquake’s epicenter was about 15 km south-southwest of Lumatil and occurred at a depth of 55 km. The magnitude was originally reported as 5.3 but later downgraded to 5.2.
